pushstart.llc, trading as StudioMike, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with a purchase — a beat licence, a Verse Drop or a mastering charge — you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all StudioMike orders. Paddle handles customer service inquiries and returns, so refunds are processed by them.

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or the order number on your receipt.
• Request a refund there, or reply to the Paddle receipt email you received.
• You can also contact pushstart.llc directly through the details on our store pages and we will raise it with Paddle for you.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Timing depends on your bank or card issuer, typically within a few business days of approval.

What happens to a purchase after a refund

When a refund is issued, the licence and any download access granted by that purchase end, and you should stop using and delete the refunded files. Where the purchase credited a producer or Freestyle Frenzy host, the corresponding earnings entry is reversed.

Free tiers and previews

Your first master, first beat and first Verse Drop are free, and previews are always free, so you can hear the result before you pay. Nothing is charged for those, and nothing needs refunding.
